Kinematics: Clouds

In class for the last couple of weeks we have been talking about Kinematics. I know I have done a few posts on kinematics but it is definitely help me understand the study of motion a lot better. So when I went outside to move my car today I saw that it was a very nice day today but there were a few clouds in the sky. The clouds were moving and I knew that kinematics was all about motion. So in the picture the clouds were not moving relative to each other because they were all going the same speed. But relative to the trees the clouds were moving. Relative to pretty much every thing in the world the clouds are moving. This can be a confusing concept but I have learned it very well with lots of practice.
