Kinematics: Fan

Currently in class we are studying the topic of Kinematics. Kinematics is the study of motion with out talking about force of mass. So when I woke up this morning I remembered that I had to do this blog today, I saw that my fan was moving. Since kinematics is the study of motion I thought that I would just talk about my fan. When I thought about it, there are 4 blades on my fan, all of those blades are not moving relative to each other because they are all going the same rate. But relative to the cage that holds the fan, the blades are moving. Along with the blades moving relative to the cage they are also moving relative to me lying down and also everything else in my room. It is crazy to think how physics is everywhere.
